Refund Policy

Please read the information in it's entity before submitting a request for a return or refund.

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@poppinflavors.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Warm Weather Shipping Policy

We strive to ensure your gourmet popcorn arrives in the best possible condition, even during warmer weather. As part of making and shipping our gourmet popcorn to you, we have evaluated every step of our process to best overcome higher temperatures, but there are things like weather conditions that we cannot control. 

To maintain the quality of our popcorn, certain precautions are necessary during hot weather:

 

Shipping Conditions:

  • -We can ship chocolate products to areas experiencing warm weather if the transit time is three days or less. Our products are packed with ice packs and insulation when we find it necessary.

  • -During hot weather, shipments may need to be sent via 2-day shipping to ensure quality.

  • -Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate shipping option at checkout based on the destination's weather conditions.

 

Warm Weather Tips:

  • -Ship your order to an office or a location where someone can receive the delivery directly during hot weather.

  • -If sending a gift, notify the recipient to expect a perishable delivery to ensure prompt collection.

    • Important Notes - Packages left outdoors:

  • We are not responsible for packages left unattended outdoors upon delivery. To avoid this, please make sure someone is available to receive your package.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
